We do not impose a minimum order value for delivery!

We offer the most cost-effective wholesale shipping options in the UK.

Our order cutoff time is 3 pm, so if you place and pay for your order before 3 pm, it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

All our shipping options come with comprehensive tracking and insurance.

Please note: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays.

Yodel Economy (3 – 4 working days) – £3.99 (for orders under 2 kilograms)

Please be aware that Yodel’s Saturday non-guaranteed service has a success rate of approximately 90 – 95% in delivering parcels on Saturday. Use of this service is at your own discretion.

Next Day Delivery is not applicable for orders placed on weekends and bank holidays.

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are only available for orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday and before 2 pm on Friday.

We strive to dispatch all orders received before 2 pm on the same day. However, this is not always feasible, especially on busy days. If your order is not dispatched on the same day, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times or days; shipping notifications should be considered estimates.

Exceptions for Mondays:

We cannot always guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to a high volume of orders after the weekend, your order may be dispatched on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, this policy will apply to orders on Tuesday.

Orders with a large quantity of vaping products might experience a delay of one business day. Delivery of vaping products on Saturdays may also be delayed, depending on the order size.

If you need to add more products to an existing order, you can place a second order before 2 pm and select “Warehouse Pickup” at checkout to avoid paying delivery charges twice. We will then merge these two orders.

Non-Delivery:

In case your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, we kindly request that you wait 48 hours before contacting us. Courier services sometimes encounter unexpected delays, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

In the event of delivery disputes, we will initiate an investigation with the third-party courier company. This investigation may take up to 5 working days to conclude. In such cases, we must abide by the courier company’s investigation outcome as the final decision.

Missing Items:

If you discover any missing items in your order, we strongly advise you to double-check the entire order and inspect all corners of the box and packaging materials used. Missing items are typically located within the original packaging.

We must receive notification of any order discrepancies or shortages within 3 days of receipt.

If it is confirmed that items are indeed missing from your order, a thorough internal investigation will be conducted. This includes reviewing all warehouse evidence records and raising disputes with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days to complete the investigation before any replacement items are dispatched.
